It also helps in deciding proper training and orientation program for the workers because when the company evaluates the job it gets to know about the areas in which workers may face problem and once company identifies the problem areas of the job than it can design proper training program so that workers get right training which in future can be of great help to workers in performing their work which in turn will help the company in achieving its long term goals and objectives.

Identifying Valueless Jobs

In case of all companies there are some positions or jobs which do not add value to the company and are there just for the name of it but when company does job evaluation than it can identify such positions and remove those job profile or positions from the company resulting in saving of salaries which company would have paid to workers working in those positions.
